THE ROLE:
Looking for a fresh challenge with exposure to interesting and engaging work? This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Paralegal to be working alongside team members to process and investigate a wide range of complaints concerning the conduct of professionals within their field. Our highly regarded client is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a temporary basis. Your duties will include handling a busy caseload, investigating concerns about registrants' fitness to practice, collecting and analysing evidence, conducting risk assessments, preparing case notes for referral. Our client offers hybrid working arrangements, with majority days worked remotely and one to two days a week worked from the office. This role will require the utmost confidence in decision making, consistency in approach and a commitment to high quality work.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking for a suitably Regulatory Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ experience to provide locum support. The ideal Legal Professional will have worked within a regulatory framework previously. The organisation is looking at candidates with proven experience of case handling as well as the ability to analysis and assess a large quantity of information and collate in an organised manner. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. You will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently. The appointed Paralegal will be ready to take on a new role and hit the ground running with their locum work experience.
