What does this role involve?

Within the role you will develop and manage the regulatory activity for Utilita. You will ensure that we can effectively deliver, measure, monitor and evidence regulatory policies within the business.

Day to day, you will;

  • co-ordinate and manage any regulatory requests for reporting both mandatory and voluntary with defined deadlines;
  • manage external regulatory submissions and metrics;
  • work with appropriate colleagues to develop external metrics packs/ dashboards and proposing remedial activities;
  • ensure we can easily demonstrate licence and/or regulatory compliance with all relevant obligations in a timely manner;
  • commission reports and internal audit/assurance activities, as required from stakeholders to test compliance and support subsequent follow up activities.

Who are we looking for?

Having worked within a similar role, you will have helped develop a compliance culture.

You will have a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance best practice and have exceptional communication skills, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have experience working alongside regulatory teams, formulating, testing policies and procedures against requirements.

Your knowledge and expertise will help with developing robust validation checks across the business to support regulatory submissions and reporting activities.
