OVERALL SUMMARY

Supporting the Regulatory Reporting Analysts, you will play a key roleensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurately manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support MiFIR transaction reporting process
  • Conduct MDP reconciliations
  • Breach management and submission of error & omission forms
  • Support for other Regulatory Reporting activities
  • Collate MI
  • Generate governance packs
  • Liaise with external counterparties
  • Manage process improvements
  • Review and update procedures

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately within very tight deadlines.
  • Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Flexibility and availability to work overtime at short notice.
  • Ability to problem solve and think quickly and effectively to acquire the desired results.
  • Ability to multi-task and to prioritise and plan own workload.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good people management skills.
  • A good knowledge of Excel would be of benefit.
