Rosebank House is a complexrehabilitation service for men and women with a primary diagnosisof mental illness. The team will provide support for individualswith schizophrenia including treatment resistant, schizoaffectivedisorder, depression, anxiety. They may also have a secondarydiagnosis including alcohol, drug and substance misuse, behaviouraldisorders such as compulsive obsessive disorder (OCD),attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar, panicdisorder and Autism.
You will haveexperience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical andpractical experience, completing assessments, planning,implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to careplans.With a strong emphasis on teamwork,you’ll receive support from a regional network of healthcareprofessionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses tosupport you reach your career goals.
This roleinvolves:- CurrentHCPC registration and RCOT membership.
