- JOB TITLE:Relationship Associate - International Private Banking
- SALARY: Varies with location - minimum £25,707
- LOCATIONS: Douglas Villers House - Isle of Man, St Helier - Jersey, St Peter Port - Guernsey
- HOURS: Full Time 35 hours per week of a maximum of 12 mon
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you’ll need
- Strong customer focus where you’ll want to put customers first and understand and improve our customer’s experience
- Determination and motivation to develop
- Organised and able to manage your own workload whilst also supporting the team to achieve and deliver.
- The relevant licence to work on either the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
And if you do have any previous call centre experience that would be really useful.
