Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses requires Relationship Executive to join their growing team in the North West.
As a Relationship Executive, you will work closely with the Relationship Managers to implement an agreed strategy and ensure clients are funded on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include accurate processing of client payments, collaboration with various teams, and proactive client management. You will be a key player in maintaining high client service standards and managing risk in a financial service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to fully understand and implement the agreed strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Funding Management: Ensure that clients are funded on a daily basis by referring and informing funding decisions to the appropriate sanctioning authority.
- Payment Processing: Accurately process client payments to meet deadlines and within agreed risk parameters.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Credit Control and Data Processing teams to ensure the debtor base is fundable and financial operations run smoothly.
- Client Relationship: Liaise with clients regularly to ensure full funding on a daily basis and to understand and address their financial needs.
- Risk Management: Support Relationship Managers in achieving the agreed risk standards and monitor daily payments to mitigate financial risk.
- Client Service: Maintain high client service standards by communicating effectively with clients and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- New Opportunities: Actively seek new opportunities for the company by managing client relationships and identifying potential areas for growth.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, leveraging your experience and training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to understand and identify client needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of risk in a financial services environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in Invoice Finance or similar industry.
