  • Hours: Full Time
  • Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in our Basildon office.

About this Opportunity
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team providing excellent customer service to our VIP and Corporate clients.
As a Corporate Support Team Member you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with key areas of the business, ensuring delivery of a best in class experience from a service perspective.
  • Ensuring that accountability is taken with all client queries to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Providing a bespoke service to our VIP clients ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are adhered to at all times.
  • Identifying improvements within the business to ensure a smooth end to end journey for our clients.

The Corporate Support Team have 11 colleagues working closely together to support both from within and also the wider Cardnet community. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset and gain a great understanding of providing excellent customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with both internal and external personnel.
  • Able to produce excellent written communication.
  • Ability to engage lateral thinking and problem solving techniques to overcome issues and find opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to challenge status quo, with ultimate aim in ensuring Cardnet is the UK’s leading acquirer.
  • Stakeholder Management - Knows how to influence others to achieve objectives
  • Ability to build & maintain internal / external customer relationships
  • Be an active team player who can prioritise their workload
