Are you from a Reliability Engineering background, looking for a leading role within a global business, offering further training opportunities and long term career development?
On offer is a highly varied role where you will take the lead in reliability, leading your own team and liaising with multiple departments to improve overall production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a Reliability Engineer with people management experience, looking for an autonomous and leading role, with long term career progression.
The Role:

• Focusing on preventative maintenance measures
• Analysing PPM programs and schedules to improve efficiency
• Identifying areas of weakness in equipment and proposing solutions
• Liaising with multiple departments and teams
• Monday to Friday, days based role

The Person:

• Reliability Engineer
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• People management experience (highly advantageous)
