We therefore need you to be well presented, organised and possess great communication skills and have a genuine passion for what you do. We really want you to demonstrate a real passion for food and service, having worked in a similar environment at a similar level. The role will be hands on, working with your team and having sound health and safety and food safety knowledge.
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

Holroyd Howe is one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.
We are looking for an experienced Relief Chef Manager to cover for the Chef Manager's absence, who will ensure that company standards are maintained, and client expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the location.
The Relief Chef Managerwill be required to work across various locations around including: London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the bottom of the M25 Corridor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager who doesn't mind traveling for work to make a positive impact in our schools across this expanding business region
Qualifications
As a ReliefChef Manager you will previously worked in a similar environment at a management level.
- Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
- Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
- Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Be financially astute and have strong IT literacy
- Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
