Join our team and be a cornerstone in our mission to create secure and welcoming environments for the Perth community.If you're a seasoned security professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, excelling in customer service and teamwork, we invite you to apply.Please be aware: This role requires applicants to have an SIA/Driving licence (with own vehicle)/security experience requiredYour skills and responsibilities:Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable mannerDeliver a consistently high-end customer focused experienceRespond appropriately to varying and fast changing prioritiesPrevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.Conduct external patrols & duties.Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed recording and reporting all faults, health and safety hazards.Maintain all logbooks and records, ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to management.Undertake any other duties as requested by Management.Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.Display an outstanding level of customer service.You will always remain alert and vigilant to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening activity.Dealing with incidents as they arise
Essential Skills
Full SIA LicenceDriving Licence (with access to own vehicle)security experience requiredRight to work in the UKA five-year check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemploymentExcellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.Polite and proactivePunctual and trustworthySelf-disciplineProblem solving skills, ability to work and deliver resultsGood team playerConflict resolutionFlexibleVigilance
