Our customer is a forward-thinking privately-owned company who are a leading provider of professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services, giving their clients a flexible and scalable approach to addressing their security and FM requirements in their businesses across an array of sectors including educational settings / student accommodation, healthcare, charitable, corporate / estate management, warehouse / distribution, social housing, utilities, shopping centres / retail parks.
Due to continued growth our client is looking to expand their team of Relief Officers within the Bristol area.
Position overview:
Working within a corporate / front of house position
Be first point of call for visitors and callers to the location
Registering visitors entry and exit from the building
Answering questions and directing people as to where they need to be
Provide excellent customer service
Be the face of our client and be approachable to our clients and their customers
Day, night, and weekend cover
Addressing any concerns over security within the building
Escalating any issues to the necessary people
Liaising with emergency services where required
Essential Experience:
Be fully flexible and adaptable to different work situations and environments
Smart, professional, reliable, and trustworthy
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and proactive mindset to resolve all concerns to expectation
PC literate / Microsoft confident
Must hold a valid SIA DS licence
Full UK clean driving licence is essential with own vehicle
