- Supporting customers to maintain their tenancy.
- Assessing potential customers, coordinating maintenance and contractors, conducting sign-ups and move-ins, reporting maintenance issues.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire checks, and other relevant standards.
To thrive in this role, you must possess a proactive approach and excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively address a range of issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the permanent staff member to address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance and relevant information to callers.
- Work closely with individuals to identify their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes, ensuring smooth communication and seamless handovers between staff members.
