We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can:

  • Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils.
  • Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils.
  • Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision.
  • Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.
  • Be able to work with pupils across subjects and year groups.

The location of this role will be across 3 of the school trust, Benjamin Adlard, Mount Street Academy and Lincoln Carlton Academy.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and require all staff and volunteers to share and demonstrate this commitment. The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks which will, where applicable, include a health check, an enhanced DBS check, the Children’s Barred List check and satisfactory references.
