We are seeking a talented RE Teacher to deliver engaging and dynamic lessons to secondary school students. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator or an enthusiastic NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) to contribute to our school's success and potentially secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality RE lessons to inspire and challenge students.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that caters to diverse student needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the RE curriculum and school programs.
- Effectively manage challenging behavior in the classroom and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge and passion for Religious Education, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Experience working with challenging behavior within a secondary school setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
