Are you looking for a GUARANTEED lead source? My client has a unique role – specifically looking after a HUGE remortgage back book. They are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team on an employed basis and become an integral part of their team and their journey.
If you are a talented and self-motivated Mortgage Advisor, interested in becoming a Remortgage specialist and feel you have what it takes to succeed in this role, this is definitely the role for you!
What is on offer?
- Basic Salary up to £32,000 (DoE)
- OTE of £65,000+ in your first year
- Fantastic Uncapped Commission scheme
- 60-70 leads every single month
- Hybrid working model – 1 day from home per week
Keyresponsibilities for this Remortgage Specialist role
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their remortgage goals
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process
- Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Stay up to date with the Mortgage products, interest rates and industry trends
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all times
Skills and experience for this Remortgage Specialist role
- You must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- 12 months’ experience minimum, preferably within the Estate Agency Sector
- Time management to ensure the ability to spin many plates
- Ability to generate business in a target driven environment
- Ability to put the customer first at all times
- Full UK licence preferred but not essential
