To be considered for this Remote Call Centre Operative, you must have experience in:
- Previous working experience in administration environments.
- Exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Excellence in organization and administration skills.
- Adeptness at organizing and managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Preferable familiarity with Kerridge.
- Utilize Kerridge/Autoline systems.
- Deal with customer enquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Book customer vehicles into workshops.
- Sell service care packages.
- Handle any customer complaints.
