Form of workA rare and unique remote working Family Solicitor role has arisen. The firm based in Telford is seeking a remote working Family Solicitor who has at least 5 years’ experience. The firm will consider part-time 3 or 4 days a week.
The Firm:
This is a small but well-run Law firm that has a Family Solicitor along with three support staff in its Telford based office.
The Role:
The role itself requires a Family Solicitor to work remotely handling some existing and new incoming divorce and finance work, with the ability to sustain themselves by bulking this up with their own divorce and finance work. This will require you to have some of your own network of work or the ability to generate a proportion of your own work. You will work alongside another Solicitor who focuses more on public Family Law and Private Children.
The Person:
You must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Family Law Solicitor with the ability to hit the ground running, picking up new instructions within the team, along with developing your own work. You will also be required as and when to assist on other matters to include Private Children. You must be:
- Self-sufficient
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Good networking and BD skills
- Exceptional IT skills
