Remote French Speaking Ea

This is an EA role supporting the Managing Partner, Partner, and MP's wife. It is a high-level position supporting fully all business and private EA capabilities.  We are looking for a bilingual French/ English speaker.  Not 24/7, but certainly not core hours; we are looking to find a top-level EA who can work around time zones and hours needed, super committed, and available when needed. 

Prior NetJets experience is required, arranging private jets. 

This busy position provides high-level support, including business and personal, extensive travel arrangements, and managing schedules for busy individuals. 

You will support the Managing Partner, who is based in different locations, including Paris, London, and the US. The Managing partner's wife is very interested in Art and Foundations and is on the board of many worldwide. 

The EA will act as a primary point of contact and manage the Managing Partner’s personal and professional schedule, correspondence, travel, IT support, and day-to-day activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, experience working across time zones, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

The role is fully remote but an ideal candidate would be located in London. 

Be able to work across  US Mountain Time Zone, US East Coast Time Zone, and UK Greenwich Mean Time when needed and be extremely confident in working across timezones. 

Minimum high school or equivalent degree.

Minimum 10-15 years of executive assistant experience.
