SalarySuccessful City law firm with an excellent reputation is keen to recruit an experienced Document Production/MSOFFICE specialist to join this busy team. Its working 5.00pm till 1pm (1hr for Lunch) fully remotely Monday to Friday and it’s handling a mix or work from all practice areas.
Aside from being a hands-on member of the team, formatting, amending and converting long documents, typical duties will also include: -
- Ensuring appropriate supervision of direct team with a focus on service delivery and excellence.
- Direct and effective management, communication, client engagement and administration of all staff for whom responsible
- Manage resourcing levels to ensure most effective use of the team
- Ensure absence and timekeeping is managed effectively working alongside HR
To apply, you'll need to have worked in in a Legal document WP centre in a law firm and be familiar with formatting and re-formatting of documents, tables columns, auto para numbering and repairing documents etc. Some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
