Remote Marketing Assistant

Introduction

We are FootActive, one of the world’s leading distributors of orthotic and lifestyle insoles, orthotic footwear, and other holistic products. We are predominately an online shop, selling to customers all over the world via our website and amazon stores.

We are looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our small, but growing team, to assist the marketing manager in all day-to-day marketing activities.

About the role

As our Marketing Assistant, you will provide a helping hand with all our marketing activities. Your general day-to-day tasks will include:

· Conducting market research and researching trends.

· Writing press releases.

· Arranging promotional events.

· Assessing the results of marketing campaigns.

· Creation of online marketing materials, email campaigns, and artwork.

· Driving online traffic and sales with marketing campaigns.

· Being a part of marketing campaign ideation.

· Assisting with conversion rate optimisation on our website.

· Assisting with website product content.

· Managing and creating content for our social media channels.

· Writing online content.

· Communicating with clients.

As we are quite a small team, you may also be expected to help with other general admin tasks and provide customer service via email/social media messages.

This role is fully remote, but you will be required to meet face-to-face with the marketing manager on occasion. You may also be required to work in our head office (Wincanton, Somerset) on occasion. We would prefer to hire someone in the Bristol / Bath and North East Somerset area.

Previous experience

· Experience with photoshop, and other adobe software is required.

· Experience with social media is required.

· Experience with Magento 2 / Wordpress is desired.

· Experience with Klaviyo (or other email clients) is desired.

· Any previous marketing experience is desired.

· Any previous experience in sales is desired.

Job type

Part time – with plans to go full time

3 days a week – 7.5h/day

Salary - £12.30/h
