What We Offer
Competitive Salary: £23,000 basic salary, with an achievable OTE of £30,000+.

Responsibilities
Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to discuss our telecoms solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
CRM Utilisation: Use our CRM system to record customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipeline effectively.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in a sales role, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm.
