Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator- Guaranteed 6 months temporary assignment
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the TA Business Partner and acquisition efforts for the company. Your responsibilities will involve providing essential administrative assistance to our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and attracting high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and Update Job Descriptions:
- Create and maintain accurate job descriptions for various roles.
- Ensure alignment with employer brand standards.
- Post roles on careers sites, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Coordinate Interviews:
- Schedule virtual and onsite interviews.
- Obtain feedback from stakeholders regarding candidate CVs and interviews.
- Candidate Data Management:
- Organize candidates’ data (resumes, assignments, contact details) in internal databases.
- Capture accurate data in our global recruitment tracker for live and open roles.
- Candidate Experience:
- Answer and respond to general candidate inquiries via our Careers mailbox.
- Facilitate the candidate pre-employment background check process.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Participate in intake meetings with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain a highly professional approach when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive Approach:
- Offer suggestions and improvements to recruitment processes.
- Identify and take on new projects to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced HR, internal recruitment, or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Workday is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
