Remuneration and Benefits Manager

Venatu are currently recruiting a Remuneration and Benefits Manager for a 12 month Fixed-Term contract on behalf of a national Waste Managment Company. 

Location: This role is Hybrid and can be based across Yorkshire/ Midlands

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our clients team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that their compensation and Benefits packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Remuneration and Benefits strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and Benefits practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including salaries, benefits, leave policies and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and Benefits-related transactions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and Benefits-related matters.
• Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations governing compensation and Benefits, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field would be preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience in Remuneration and Benefits management, preferably within the waste management, environmental services, or related industry preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD or other relevant professional certification is desirable.
