They are looking for a super organised Renewals Clerk to join their team. If you have experience within the property industry, either currently in a full time Renewals role or a Property Manager dealing with the renewals, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Salary package and benefits of the Renewals Clerk position include:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Mon-Fri9am to 5.30pm

- Previous experience in Renewals is essential

Responsibilities of the Renewals Clerk include:
- Drawing up and sending out renewal documentation
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Issuing and chasing all renewal documentation in a timely manner
- Confirming end of tenancy details with landlords and tenants
Managing the rent negotiation between the landlord and tenant
