  • Hybrid / Norwich
  • 36 hours per week
  • Fixed Term Contract until February 2025

Do you have experience of working in a high-volume transactional environment?

We're looking for someone with experience in finance and accounting to join our team - could this be the opportunity you've been waiting for?

With demonstrable administrative and investigatory skills and an acute attention to detail, you'll ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, registered on customers' accounts and reconciled in a timely manner.

You'll use your excellent communication skills to liaise with Local Authorities and the Department for Work & Pensions in respect of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit payments, as well as internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.

Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), Word and Outlook are essential as is the ability to work under your own initiative to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines. With experience in the investigation and allocation of customer payments, you'll investigate suspense account entries and complete suspense reconciliation daily.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week.

Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
