SalaryWe are pleased to be supporting a local innovative technology company, in the hunt for a Repair Administrator to join their team. Our client's product is supplied across the globe into a range of settings and their brand is infamous within their industry.
The need to know
- Salary: £24,500 - £26,250
- Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire (based on-site)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, full-time
The day to day
You will be coordinating with our clients incredibly varied customer base, which includes many different industries and markets around the world. You will be supported by your manager and repair team throughout your day to day duties, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business,
- Meeting customers for the transfer of delivered/collected repairs/disposal equipment.
- Creating proforma invoices for international deliveries.
- Liaising with customers via e-mail on general queries
- Working with other departments within the team.
- Booking in equipment returned for disposal.
About you
The successful candidate would have great communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have strong experience working in a Repair/Service administration environment to keep on top of the demands of working in a busy Repair.
- Previous experience of administrative duties.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good keyboard and word processing skills.
- Ability to work both with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly accurate and keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with using MS Office (Excel/Word).
