Repairs Administrator- Social Housing- Construction

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing, and logging repair requests from customers, staff, external stakeholders, and other agencies through various channels such as email, telephone, web chat, letters, and face-to-face interactions.
- Managing CRM, Northgate, and other databases utilized by the organization and our in-house system.
- Proactively identifying and escalating urgent matters to the relevant officers.
- Assisting and supporting repairs advisors and voids administrators during peak periods.
- Generating and sending quotations to clients.
- Handling telephone inquiries from clients, addressing job queries, and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Processing extension of time requests as necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining efficient filing systems, record-keeping, compiling statistics, and generating reports for the service.
- Addressing customer inquiries, offering guidance, and taking appropriate action.
- Maintaining systems and ensuring timely responses to correspondence.
- Representing Chigwell Construction positively by delivering excellent customer service, including managing complaints.

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and demonstrate attentive listening skills.
- Understanding of maintenance service delivery processes.
- Proficiency in database logging.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
- Experience in writing letters and reports, as well as initiating and implementing changes by evaluating options and negotiating.
- Capability to train others on software and systems used in delivering repairs and maintenance services in a housing environment.
