JOB SUMMARY

• Ability to follow customer specifications/work instructions.
• Be competent at removing and replacing a wide range of SMT and thru hole IC packages, including DIL, BGA, QFP.
• Ensure all work is completed to customer specifications and requirements.
• Computer literate.

• Assist in training of team members ensuring best practice.

Technical Knowledge.

• At least 3 years in PCB production.
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. IPC7711/7721 would be advantageous
• Use of fine tools and microscopes.
• Hand soldering to J-STD-001
