JOB SUMMARY
- Ability to follow customer specifications/work instructions.
- Be competent at removing and replacing a wide range of SMT and thru hole IC packages, including DIL, BGA, QFP.
- Ensure all work is completed to customer specifications and requirements.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of ESD
- Assist in training of team members ensuring best practice.
- Ability to problem solve.
Technical Knowledge.
- At least 3 years in PCB production.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. IPC7711/7721 would be advantageous
- Use of fine tools and microscopes.
- Hand soldering to J-STD-001
