About the role….

As a Repairs and Reporting Adviser you will be a first point of contact for our customers, working in a contact centre environment, dealing with Repair Reporting and associated queries. You will play an integral part in ensuring that repairs are diagnosed accurately, subsequent work orders are progressed, and essential appointments are made. You will provide excellent support to customers to achieve the service ‘one front door approach’ and will work collaboratively with the team to deliver positive outcomes for our customers. You will communicate effectively, comply with GDPR, and ensure accurate records are maintained.


We would consider applications from candidates interested in both full time and part time positions. However, this role will require a full time training programme lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, so employees will be required to work full time during this period.
