Description
Coordinate and manage repair schedules.
Manage correspondence between the department and external parties
Ensure necessary documents and records are organised and up-to-date
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
Handle repair-related enquiries and complaints
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the not-for-profit and charities sector
Contribute to the overall goals of the department and organisationProfile
A successful Repairs Administrator should have:
An educational background relevant to secretarial or business support
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in relevant software
