Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join an organisation based in Oxfordshire, to provide administrative support to their clients Property Services team.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator:
- Act as first point of contact dealing with repairs queries
- Maintain the repairs inbox
- Manage and process invoices
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Communicate with tenants on process of repairs
Essential Requirements of the Repairs Administrator:
- IT literate
