SalaryI am currently working with a Housing Association based in Leatherhead, Surrey which is looking for a Repairs Admin.
This role is Hybrid working Monday-Friday.
As a Repairs Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
Managing the repairs inbox
Liaising with customers and contractors regarding repair enquiries
Attending complaints and contractors meetings
Liaising with management and the asset team
Experience desired (But not essential) :
Administrative Experience
Repairs Experience
Working within a Housing Setting
This is a 4-month initial contract with the possibility of going permanent, Paying GBP15-GBP16 LTD per hour.
