Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Social Housing provider in Chesterfield that is looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis.
The role will focus on providing a high-quality support function to the Voids team.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:

* Taking and responding to calls from social housing tenants regarding repairs enquiries
* Maintaining all records
* Assisting in the production of performance information
* Managing the void email inbox
* Dealing with enquiries and complaints
* Preparing basic written correspondence, such as agendas, letters, minutes and reports
* Booking in meetings for the Void Manager
* Updating spread sheets
* Maintaining accurate call logs
