Repairs Administrator (x2)

We are currently partnering with a Cornwall based Housing Association, who are recruiting for two Repairs Administrators to join their growing team for 2-3 months, with views to extend.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to £14 per hour PAYE, and the start date is subject to notice. The role is hybrid and offers 2-3 days per week working from home.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring an inbox for responsive maintenance queries, and passing emails on to relevant teams as required

• Entering information relating to repairs on to in house systems as well as Excel

• Utilising all MS Office packages including Outlook and word

• Ensuring the workload of operatives are maximised and allocated appropriately

• Monitoring work processes alongside a team of Repairs Administrators

Requirements:

• Recent administration experience

• Basic DBS
