Job description

Trust  has an exciting opportunity for a Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Inspector based in Glasgow. The post will be part of our Blended Working Model involving home working, with regular visits to Trust housing stock in North Lanarkshire. Occasional working from any of our 3 office locations (Glasgow/Edinburgh/Wishaw) may also be required.

About Trust:

Trust is a not-for-profit registered social landlord, regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator, Care Inspectorate and Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR). We are a national organisation and one of the largest housing, support and care providers in Scotland offering a range of housing and support services across the length and breadth of the country. About the Repairs & Maintenance Inspector role:

We are looking for a new Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Inspector to join our growing Assets & Sustainability Team. The postholder will ensure high quality reactive repairs and maintenance services ensuring that our customer’s homes are maintained to a high standard and are compliant with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements, whilst also providing a 10/10 customer experience.

*Blended Working 

Trust operates a blended/hybrid working approach and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly from both a remote location (‘home’) and your contractual workplace ('office') should you choose to do so. We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Wishaw and the base for this role is our office in Glasgow.
