The purpose of the role is:
To schedule works orders in-line with priorities ensuring agreed targets are met through effective distribution and scheduling, taking corrective timely action where necessary rearranging appointments.
To raise works orders and allocate jobs to appropriate operatives, sub-contractors and partners ensuring maximum performance is maintained at all times.
Monitoring changes to the workload and available resources in real time to identify and implement effective action to address these issues as they arise.

- To promote positive working practices and policies associated with Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health and Safety and Safeguarding
- To co-ordinate and plan all repairs relevant to the Planning area (Responsive/Void/Contract work) in line with the organisations procedures ensuring that inspections and repairs are carried out within agreed timescales. To ensure all variation and billing information is accurately recorded.
- Manage the planning boards to ensure operative productivity which contributes to all OPI and KPI objectives. Ensure operative diaries are managed and work is tracked throughout the day. Keep in touch with operatives and subcontractors to ensure they are attending jobs within the specified appointment slot.
- Raise works orders and Purchase Orders as and when required, ensuring H&S information such as asbestos data is provided to relevant parties including FCHO staff and sub-contractors ensuring records are easily accessible.
