Res Life Coordinator (Fixed Term)

To provide and coordinate the delivery of a professional, out of hours advice and support service within university accommodation. This would include the initial response to vulnerable adults, concerned parents and staff and the subsequent follow up with external agencies and university support services. Reporting to the Res-Life Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the development, planning and delivery of the Res-Life social and pastoral programme and events aimed at encouraging student wellbeing, engagement, and community development.

To manage a team of Residential Assistants and ResLife Night Assistants to provide the highest level of customer service outside of office hours. To ensure the safety of all residents, staff and customers during term-time and summer period in university accommodation. To assist in the overall management and administration of university accommodation.
