Research and Capability Acquisition Engineer
Job Description

• To undertake Research and development projects for new coating technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Engage with key stakeholders and sources to understand technology trends and breakthroughs.
• Implement continuous improvement and development plans and strategies.
• Plan and manage project schedules, estimates of required resources and costs whilst being aware of project risks and pinch points.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant company, legislative and technical policies and standards.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience within the development of new coating technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Project management experience within technical process engineering
