Job description
We are looking to recruit a Research Assistant to join the research group which works on the project ¿The functional architecture of mother-infant communication in infants at high risk for autism: identification of early intervention targets for mitigation of autism symptom trajectories¿, led by Dr Leonardo De Pascalis.
This role will support the data collection part of the project which will involve helping with the recruitment of participants (mothers and their infants), visiting participants in their homes for data collection, video-recording brief mother-infant interactions, administering questionnaires, storing and organising the collected data.
You should have an undergraduate degree in social sciences, psychology, public health, or a related discipline.
As the work involves working with young people and / or vulnerable adults, you will be asked to make an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
The post is available on a fixed term basis for 9 months at 0.3 FTE.
