Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The post holder will work on the project, ‘Realising the Potential of Census ’21 data in Northern Ireland: Engage, Inform and Train‘. This role will involve supporting the research team with all aspects of project development, administration, and delivery. The project will involve extensive collaboration with representatives from Carers NI, Parenting NI and the Northern Ireland Statistical and Research Agency (NISRA). We may create a 12-month waiting list for same or similar roles within the Department / Faculty. The University reserves the right to extend the waiting list across the University if required for certain posts. - ABOUT YOU - The post holder must: - Hold, or be in the final stages of completion with thesis submitted, a relevant PhD in a social science subject that has substantial quantitative methods component such as Psychology Epidemiology, or Public Health. - Demonstrate evidence of conducting policy related research. - Demonstrate experience in engagement with external organisations, developing training materials and web content development.
