Description

The Research Contracts Officer will be based in the London office and will:

• Manage Research Contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
• Contracts include:
  • Joint Venture / Collaboration agreements
  • Commercial research (e. contractual and financial terms)
  • non- commercial research (e. site agreements, model non-commercial agreements; drug supply agreements, material/data transfer agreements),
  • Confidentiality Agreements
  • Human Tissue Act clauses and Material Transfer Agreements
  • Data Protection Act clauses
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders within and outside the hospital
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards

Profile

A successful Research Contracts Officer should have:

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in research contract management
• Understanding of legal requirements in the NHS or medical field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
