RESEARCH MANAGER (QUANT)

UP TO £55,000, PENSION, 25 HOLIDAY DAYS

We're working with a boutique research agency who work with some of the biggest brands across technology, financial services, and sports. The team is looking to bring in a quantitative focused Research Manager to come in and make an immediate impact on the business. With new client wins and a clear roadmap for progression, this is a great opportunity to join a budding organisation.

THE ROLE:

The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead research projects from start to finish, including analysis and debrief.
• Work across a range of quantitative methodologies and projects including segmentations and trackers
• Analyse different data sources to generate insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Be a clear POC for clients throughout projects.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Research Manager have:

• Experience with quantitative research methodologies (brand tracking, brand health, questionnaire design)
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of conjoint/maxdiff analysis
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Experience with analysing data in Excel
