Research Scientist/Engineer

My client, a leading AI solutions provider for drug discovery, are seeking candidates experienced in applying machine learning and deep learning to biology.

They have multiple roles for AI scientists and engineers for different applications from omics data and RNA to protein engineering.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep learning to problems in biology
• Data analysis and modelling 
• Write high-quality code
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in ML applied to biology 
• Present research findings internally and externally 

Required

• PhD or Master's degree plus equivalent experience
• Practical experience in Deep Learning (1 year minimum)
• Experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks
• Strong python coding Background/experience in any of the following topics: structural biology, computational biochemistry, protein structure, protein folding, protein engineering, omics, RNA, vaccines
