Worldwide leading research organisation who have several sites for this study throughout the UK. Seeking a Team Leader for their Wimbledon site
Job Description
* Managing a small team of 2 HCA's/Phlebotomists
* Taking Blood Samples and other Health Data
* Managing the booking system to maximise study days
* Managing the data collection - ensure accuracy
* Oversee the taking of blood, storage and transport
* Ensuring the team comply with study protocols
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified in Phlebotomy
* Hold the Good Clinical Practice Training Certificate
* Hep B Vaccination
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Experience managing a small team in a research/study setting
* Warm personality - put participants at ease when explaining the study
* Ability to use a Booking System - including Tablet and Database
* Good telephone manner

* Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with some Weekends
* Weekly Pay
* £14/Hour + Holiday Pay
