As Reservationist - Maternity Cover, what you'll be doing

• In this fixed term contract, Kaleidoscope Hotels position you will be based at Homewood working five days per week which which includes week days and weekends on a rota basis.
• Be our 'go to' person on room, dining and spa bookings for 3 of our fantastic Kaleidoscope properties
• Ensure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel knowledge and a keen sense of organisation
• Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience
• Work as part of a small reservations team to provide a seamless reservations service across 7 days of the week
• Take guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
• Offer support to the hotel teams with your working knowledge of systems including Opera, Resdiary, Premier Spa and Guest Folio
