Our client is a leading hospitality business who are looking to recruit people for their expanding Reservations team. You will be dealing with inbound calls and emails to help book spa, hotel and restaurant breaks as well as corporate bookings and as such should enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent customer service experience so that customers have a positive experience from the very first enquiry. As a Reservations Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interacting with customers as the first point of contact for new reservation enquiries.
Liaising with customers via emails and outbound calls.
Maintaining up-to-date product and event detail knowledge to provide high quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with customers
Ability to maximise sales opportunities and promote additional offers
PC and web literate.
Experience in a customer service or hospitality or retail environment
