Job description

I'm delighted to be assisting my client, a high end Luxury Tour Operator, who is looking for a Concierge Manager to lead a team of Concierge Execs, ensuring exceptional experiences are delivered to their high-end clientele.

Your team will ensure our clients receive a truly exceptional travel experience by proactively anticipating the needs of the luxury travellers and delivering elevated touchpoints throughout the customer journey. You will ensure that all aspects of clients' itineraries are managed to perfection as your team confirms bespoke arrangements with the world's leading travel suppliers and delivers accurate and appealing client documentation to fully prepare clients for their trip.

This is a luxury travel role like no other. From pro golf lessons in the USA, to picnics on a glacier - no request is not possible for this tour operators clients!

THE ROLE:

  • You will be passionate about motivating and developing your team, enhancing their skills and knowledge
  • You will deal directly with high profile clients, maintaining privacy and discretion at all times, as well as guiding your team to do the same
  • Report on and measure SLA's for the team service delivery
  • Promote the success of the team and their stories of excellent service delivery
  • Provide comprehensive concierge service to internal reservations teams
  • Liaise across all departments and global connections to ensure you have the most relevant, extraordinary and up to date information and experiences for clients
  • Build relationships, trust, and credibility with our agent partners and clients, as one of the most successful Concierge's in the business

ABOUT YOU:

  • You will thrive off challenging requests and assist your team to carry out all requests with precision and accuracy.
  • Experienced and enthusiastic about creating unforgettable travel experiences and unique journeys
  • Excellent connections and relationships across the industry and the confidence to build on these and create new ones
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident working under pressure, and be self-assured
  • Strong multitasker, able to prioritise and manage varying workloads and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to speak with high-net-worth agents / clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the English language especially written English
  • Desirable: knowledge of tour operator reservations system, Dolphin

PACKAGE

  • Basic salary £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
  • 23 days annual leave (increasing to 27 with length of service)
