As our Reservations Manager you will be expected to manage the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations department to achieve budgeted targets in revenue, occupancy guest and employee satisfaction.
You are the bridge that links the other internal departments with key stakeholders and external partners. You are able to manage employee performance through setting targets, performing appraisals and by providing feedback and mentoring you can identify learning and development opportunities.You consistently deliver a warm and friendly customer service experience to all guests and clients making enquiries or bookings with the hotel. You offer a proactive and helpful service and you'll be happy to help all guests finding solutions to any request.
