Full-time: 35 hours per week Open-ended: permanent We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced, passionate professional with experience in student support, conduct and education to join our award-winning Residence Life team. The opportunity: To lead on ensuring we deliver timely, supportive conduct investigations and outcomes in line with the University’s Code of Student Conduct for any conduct violations within University accommodation. Under the direction of the Director and two Heads of Residence Life, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an evidence-based educational strategy including systems, training, processes, protocol, programming and promotion to address conduct both proactively and reactively. Your skills and attributes for success: Experience of managing conduct/disciplinary processes. Ability to deliver educational, restorative justice outcomes embedding necessary learning and support. Attention to detail, experience of maintaining records and reporting statistics and KPIs. Proven experience of providing advice, guidance and support.
