Elton Park is a homely residential care home
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and motivated person to join our team to cover all aspects of organizing and delivering activities.
As an Activities coordinator you will be responsible for the provision of stimulating and meaningful activities within the home that take into account individual skills, hobbies and interests to ensure each resident's quality of life is lived to the full, promoting each person's privacy, dignity and independence, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

Essential Requirements:
